These Terms of Service govern your use of RoadRunner Rentals' website and services for motorcycle rentals in India. By booking, contacting, or using our services you agree to follow these terms and any local regulations relevant to vehicle operation. We provide verified vehicles, optional gear, and support services. Our aim is clear communication about pricing, obligations, safety, and liability so every rider understands responsibilities before starting a rental. Please read these terms carefully before booking; if you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.
1. Agreement and scope
When you confirm a booking with RoadRunner Rentals, you enter into a contract governed by these Terms of Service together with the booking confirmation and any location-specific instructions. The contract applies to the renter named on the booking and to any additional rider permitted by the agreement. Our services include vehicle hire, optional equipment, delivery or pickup where agreed, and support services. These terms describe the obligations of the renter and RoadRunner Rentals, payment rules, cancellation and refund policies, insurance choices, and liability allocations. All bookings are subject to availability and any local laws and permit requirements that apply to the chosen route or region.
2. Booking, payments and security
Bookings require accurate personal information, a valid driving license permitting two-wheeler operation, and an identity document. Payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept Indian debit and credit cards and UPI where indicated. RoadRunner Rentals or its payment partners may pre-authorize a security deposit or hold to cover potential damage, fines, or unpaid fees; the amount and terms will be disclosed during checkout. Refunds and adjustments are processed according to the cancellation policy applicable to your selected package. Where third-party payment processors are used, their terms and privacy policies also apply. You agree not to use stolen cards or fraudulent payment methods; in such cases we will cancel bookings and cooperate with authorities.
3. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation and change policies depend on the package and the timing relative to pickup. Standard bookings may be modified free of charge up to the time stated in your confirmation; changes within 48 hours of pickup may incur fees. Refund eligibility and processing times are described in the booking confirmation and depend on the payment method. For long-distance or customized itineraries special terms may apply and will be communicated before confirmation. In case of extraordinary circumstances such as severe weather, government travel restrictions, or force majeure events, we will offer alternatives or refunds in accordance with the applicable booking terms and applicable law. Any administrative fees associated with refunds will be disclosed at the time of cancellation unless otherwise required by law.
4. Liability, insurance and renter responsibilities
Renter responsibilities include lawful operation of the vehicle, adhering to regional traffic rules, returning the vehicle in the condition it was provided, and reporting incidents promptly. Insurance and waiver options are described at booking; these options affect the renter's financial exposure for damage or third-party claims. Unless otherwise agreed, renters are responsible for loss or damage caused by negligence, unlawful acts, or breach of the rental agreement. RoadRunner Rentals carries basic third-party and fleet coverages where required; supplemental waivers reduce renter liability but may not cover all circumstances. For clarity on insurance scope, limits, and exclusions consult the insurance disclosure provided with your booking confirmation. RoadRunner Rentals is not liable for loss of personal items, indirect or consequential losses, or damages arising from the renter's misuse of the vehicle. Liability caps are enforced to the extent permitted by law and detailed in the rental agreement.
5. Use restrictions and conduct
Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, hire to third parties, or to carry more passengers than the vehicle is designed for. Off-road or unsuitable-terrain use that is not permitted for the chosen model is prohibited unless specifically arranged. Anyone driving a rented vehicle must hold a valid license and comply with regional permit requirements. Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or while operating the vehicle is strictly forbidden and will void insurance and increase renter liability. RoadRunner Rentals reserves the right to terminate a rental immediately if unsafe or illegal use is observed; in such cases no refund will be provided and additional fees may apply. Renter agrees to indemnify RoadRunner Rentals for costs arising from breach of conduct terms, including legal fees, fines, and recovery expenses.
6. Intellectual property and content
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and proprietary materials, is owned or licensed by RoadRunner Rentals and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation, requires prior written permission. When you submit content or feedback, you grant RoadRunner Rentals a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt that feedback for improvement and marketing purposes, subject to our privacy policy.
7. Governing law, dispute resolution and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. We aim to resolve disagreements through direct communication and offer contact channels for dispute resolution. RoadRunner Rentals may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date will be shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated on the website and, where appropriate, by email prior to the new terms taking effect for future bookings. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
